We communicate directly with the funeral home
We relay your preferences clearly and professionally. We ensure name, identity, and pronouns are respected in all public-facing moments. If you are receiving a viewing we will coordinate appearance details: clothing, styling, makeup.

If something isn’t aligned, wording in an obituary, how someone is introduced, the structure of the service, we step in and handle it.
We are present the day of
